Pankhurst Centre Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Pankhurst Centre and usage of the website. By accessing this website you agree to the terms and conditions (including privacy and returns policy), if you do not agree you should leave the website immediately and not place an order for services and / or goods through the Pankhurst Centre. If you purchase an item from the Pankhurst Centre it is suggested that you print a copy of the terms and conditions at the time of placing an order for your records.
Contract
By submitting an order to the Pankhurst Centre you represent and warrant that the details you have provided are accurate and valid and that when the order is processed a full payment will be made. When you purchase an item from the Pankhurst Centre shop you will be sent an email confirming the receipt of the order and details of it. You order is an offer to purchase the item(s) and the Pankhurst Centre accepts that contract only when the item (s) is delivered to you.
Description of goods
The Pankhurst Centre makes every effort to ensure the accurateness of the descriptions and prices of the items on the website. However the images that you see on screen are dependent on the capability of your monitor, the Centre is thus unable to guarantee the items you see on screen are an accurate representation of the actual items. You will pay the price shown at the time of your order, however, the Pankhurst Centre reserves the right to refuse orders in which information has been mis- published including information about price and descriptions. Discounts and offers may be subject to removal at any time. All prices are in £ sterling.
Availability
Goods are subject to availability. Due to the delay between an order being placed and an item being processed stock position may change. If an item is out of stock the Pankhurst Centre will notify you and the order cancelled. In the situation where an item has been paid for the Pankhurst Centre will not pick an alternative product but a full refund will be issued instead.
Delivery
Unfortunately at this time the Pankhurst Centre is only able to undertake deliveries within the UK. Items will normally be delivered by Royal Mail, it is likely that valuable, heavy or bulky items will be sent via a courier.

Losses
The Pankhurst Centre will not be responsible for any losses (whether direct or indirect) of whatever nature from use of the website or when a contract for the purchase of goods was formed.
Alterations or amendments to conditions
The Pankhurst Centre reserves the right to make changes to its website, policies and terms and conditions of purchase at any time without notice.
You will be subject to the terms and conditions at the time at which you purchased an item, unless the change is required by law or government agency at which point the change may be back dated.
Events beyond the Pankhurst Centre’s reasonable control
The Pankhurst Centre will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in meeting its obligations in situations which the delay or failure arise from a situation which is beyond the Centre’s reasonable control.

If you are sixteen or under you should not register, submit any information or place an order on this website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Pankhurst Centre website is operated in the UK and as such the terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance which the law in England. By using this website you agree, as does the Pankhurst Centre to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Entrance to the website is at your own risk and the Pankhurst Centre does not represent or warrant that the information, functions of or server of the website will operate without delay, error, viruses or bugs.

The Pankhurst Centre and all its contents, including design, logos, film and photographs, are property of the Pankhurst Centre and copyright applies.
Returns Policy
You are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period after the receipt of delivery during which you can return your product for any reason (you must notify us in writing to shop@thepankhurstcentre.org.uk within this time period). Only items in perfect conditions, that is undamaged, unopened items in their original packaging and with all parts/ accessories, will be accepted. A full refund for the product will be given. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. You will receive your refund within seven working days of the item arriving at the Centre.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
If the product received is faulty or damaged or develops a fault within 28 days please contact us immediately in writing at shop@thepankhurstcentre.org.uk. The item must be sent back to the Centre. A full refund (including all postage costs) or an exchange will be issued within seven working days of receipt of the item at the Centre if the fault/damage is deemed to be the responsibly of the Centre rather than misuse by the customer. Please note it may take several days for a Paypal refund to show up in your account.
